DECEMBER 22, 2007 -- INGRESS CHART

The ingress chart is the chart that represents that time when the Sun comes back to the Aries point or 0 degree of Capricorn. It is also referred to as the Winter Solstice. Some of us know it simply as the shortest day of the year. When we have the least amount of daylight time then another day throughout the year.

With this chart astrologers will often make predictions for the whole of the next year. Charts are erected for the longitude and latitude of the area you live in or it can be done for whole countries. Below are a few words for each Sun sign, themes that might last throughout the course of this Solar Year.

ARIES: Partnerships and relationships will be highlighted this year and will require much of your time and energy in the coming year. There could be a great deal of energy in particularly dealing with those couples or people who are in matched. Being or feeling abandoned by others can also feel very “fated.”

TAURUS: Be mindful of power plays and the ways in which people can manipulate one another. You have more understanding this year of what makes people tick. To help others could be an interruption but persevere through it as it is also who you are to be able to help others.

GEMINI: Fickle could be your middle name this year. You will find that you are a totally different person as the year progresses; even your thinking and what you believe will change. This will also be true with your emotions and your feelings; you are able to turn on a dime. But by the same token you are quick to pick up what is going on around you this year.

CANCER: Official action will be a key phrase for you this year. Credibility is important to you, as you seem to be more public with who you are or what you do. There could be added pressures from authority figures. There could be a greater urgency to be in constant flux and go with the ever-changing flow.

LEO: This can be a good year for working in or with groups of people. There can be much achieved when you work as a group. There may be times when this will be difficult for you. It is oppressive at times to hold back your own creativity and individualism. Helping or serving others in general is not likely to go as you predicted.

VIRGO: Added responsibilities could leave you more on your own this year maybe even feeling a bit restricted. You will do better when you can work on your own in the background; this is where you can be the most productive. The people you are drawn to this year are likely to be older and more mature; it is their stability that will attracts you.

LIBRA: Your day-to-day reality is strong and has a strong influence on you. At times it can even leave you feeling a sense of doom about things. Be wary also for clever deceptions that lead to intrigue that don’t seem to get resolved easily. Trying to be too clever can make things too complicated and again not easily resolved.

SCORPIO: Finances are very important this year for you Scorpio. It may be that you are looking to make a large purchase. Expenses and spending will be issues this year. Some financial issues could come as a surprise to you. It is a good year to set up or design a plan for your self; you will learn so much in the process.

SAGITTARIUS: Communication is very important for you this year particularly in your relationships and one-to-one contacts. It will be important for you to ask questions, particularly with regard to things related to the household or the family. It may be that you really expanded or grew in some ways in the last year and now you have to settle in.

CAPRICORN: Things are really starting in some ways to take off, on one hand things are more secure, but the other side of that is that things will also get out of control very quickly. Too much of a good thing can also lead to addictions that can lead to nowhere. For some there honestly can be too much of a good thing.

AQUARIUS: Creativity and inspiration are two words that could apply to your year ahead Aquarius. You are able to fully express yourself. With so many turning points and changes in your life, in the mist of confusion your life seems chaotic on the other hand you are inspired to just be who you are, so just let it happen.

PISCES: This is a good year for you Pisces to look at your health and diet routine. If you don’t have one, this is a good year to start one. Staying logical and practical will be very important this year. It is okay to be erratic and unpredictable, but you need to still be realistic.
